Apostolic Church of Flat Rock
24550 Gibraltar Rd
Flat Rock, MI 48134
We accept donations through PayPal as a registered 501c(3) non-profit.
PLEASE READ BEFORE DONATING THROUGH PAYPAL:
Understand that 2.2% of your donation amount plus a flat fee of $0.30 cents will be taken out of your total donation before the church receives your donation. For example, if you donate $20 the church will receive a donation amount of $19.26. You will be credited for giving purposes with $19.26 on your end of the year giving statement not your original donation of $20.
To counter these fees, we recommend that you designate a portion of your donation to "general offering" that PayPal's fees can come out of. This will guarantee other designations such as tithes, missions, or church mortgage can receive their full amount of donation and your general offering can be given the "odd amount" when received.
For example:
A $100 donation: $60-tithes, $25-global missions, $10-church mortgage, & $5-general offering
The church will receive $97.50 and your general offering will be credited as $2.50 instead of $5
1. Click on the donate button above.
2. Enter the amount you would like to give.
3. Choose "donate with a debit or credit card". A PayPal account is not required.
4. In the "write a note" field explain how you want your donation designated from the list below.
Example: $60-tithes, $25-global missions, $10-church mortgage, & $5-general offering
5. Fill out you card/billing information.
6. Check the "share mailing address" box under the billing information.
(This will guarantee you will receive a giving statement for tax purposes at the end of the year.)
7. Contact information will only be used if we have a question regarding your donation.
8. You will receive an email confirmation for your donation.

Besides regular tithes and offerings our church is very active in giving on many levels:
Local, State, National, & Global!
Below you will find the many different ministries Apostolic Church of Flat Rock gives to throughout the year!
All of these ministries can be given to anytime during the year just designate your offering accordingly!
On Sunday November 18th, 2018 our church received both a promise and a challenge regarding our church mortgage. The message was entitled "To Speak Faith" a message we have continued to embrace and live every day. We received a promise that our mortgage would be paid off in God's timing and as a church have received many confirmations of that promise since then.
Since that service on November 18th, 2018 our church has raised $50,800.05 for our mortgage!!
We started at roughly $120,000 to still pay off and our daily interest was $17.17 in November 2018.
As of June 15th we are down to $72,395 and our daily interest is $10.74 a day!!
To God be the Glory!!

Within the Michigan District of the UPCI the State of Michigan is divided up into "sections" in order to better serve the churches on a local level. The State of Michigan is divided up into 10 Sections and here in Flat Rock we are a part of "Section 3". Locally in our Section we are one of 10 Churches and we are working as a Section to start more churches within our Section. The main borders of Section 3 include all of Monroe County and Lenawee County, the Downriver Area of Metro Detroit and all southern Wayne County south of Ford Rd, and southern Washtenaw County south of I-94.
When you give to Section 3 Home Missions you are a part of helping our Home Mission churches locally within our Section like those helped through Christmas For Christ above, except on a more direct level. The cities and churches you have the opportunity to impact when you give to Section 3 Home Missions are: Wyandotte, Brooke Park, Westland, and East Dearborn.
