Welcome From Our Pastor
Welcome From Our Pastor
Dear Visitor,
We are extremely thrilled that you have chosen to visit the Apostolic Church of Flat Rock website. We trust that you will take time to look into the different ways that our church could help you find a deeper relationship with God. We have a strong desire for everyone to find God to the fullest extent possible.
Our visionary desire is to 'Build Lives On Purpose.' This visionary motto expresses our conviction that through Jesus Christ and the church, people can become everything God intended for them to become. Jesus said, "Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock" (Matthew 7:24, KJV); there is a gospel purpose for you to build upon. Apostolic Church of Flat Rock can and will help you build your life on the Solid Rock, Jesus Christ.
We also have a visionary desire to see lives changed and the broken be healed and made whole. As is says in Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,” (KJV) We believe it is the ministry of this church to be a ‘hospital’ where people can come and find both healing and freedom through Jesus Christ.
Thank you once again for visiting our site. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We would be so glad to hear from you. God bless you!
In His Service,
Pastor Gary E. Cook
